The right fix for every surface

Six ways we fix pavement. Not sure which one you need? Send a photo — we'll tell you straight.

01

Hot mix asphalt paving

New driveways, parking lots, gravel base, grading, and pothole repair — built to handle Saskatchewan winters.

From new driveways and parking lots to repairs on failing pavement, we handle the whole job: excavation, gravel base, grading for drainage, compaction, and hot mix asphalt laid to a thickness that survives Saskatchewan freeze-thaw. We also repair potholes properly — cut out the failed section, fix the base, and patch with hot mix instead of cold-fill that washes out in spring.

Seal coat / chip seal

A tough new wearing surface that seals small cracks, stops raveling, and adds years to roads and lots.

Seal coat (chip seal) is an emulsion binder covered with a layer of aggregate and rolled in. The result is a tough, textured wearing surface that seals small cracks, stops raveling, and stands up to heavy traffic and gravel-road conditions. It's the go-to treatment for rural roads, long driveways, and lots that need more life without the cost of repaving.

Slurry seal

Restores that uniform black finish, blocks moisture, and extends the life of pavement that's still in good shape.

Slurry seal is a thin, flowable mix of emulsion, fine aggregate, and additives spread across the whole surface. It fills surface voids, locks in the top layer, and brings back a uniform black finish. It's the right call for pavement that's still structurally sound — protection, not reconstruction.

Crack sealing

Small cracks become potholes. Sealing them early is the cheapest repair you'll ever buy.

We clean out cracks with compressed air and heat, then fill them with hot-pour rubberized sealant that flexes with the pavement through winter. Keeping water out of the base is the single most cost-effective thing you can do for asphalt — a season of sealed cracks beats a summer of potholes.

Dust control

Emulsion treatments that stop the dust cloud on gravel roads and yards — popular with RMs and acreage owners.

Our dust control treatments use emulsion products that bind the fines in a gravel surface so they stay put instead of blowing across your yard or into your house. Popular with rural municipalities for busy gravel roads, and with acreage owners for driveways and yards around the house and shop.

Line striping

Fresh, clear lines that direct traffic, protect pedestrians, and make a lot look brand new.

Stalls, arrows, fire lanes, accessible parking, and stencils — laid out and painted with durable traffic paint on new or existing lots. Fresh lines direct traffic, protect pedestrians, keep you compliant, and make the whole property look cared for.
